Atari has long been a major name in video games. Best known for their arcade machines, they have also released some home systems.

This is the granddaddy of them all. Although there were earlier video game
systems, this is one of the first to use a microprocessor and software in
removable cartridges. This allowed many games
to be released, and made the system very popular.

This is the first color handheld gaming system, and also has a unique
ambidextrous design. By flipping the system over, it can be used equally
well right or left handed - but the game has to support it (most don't).
